WPSA Ski-Doo Grand Prix de Valcourt Feb 16-17,
2008 Valcourt, QC
Saturday-Pro Stock
Weather was near 15 degrees and sunny with a good
cold wind. Early in the week, the Team had made
great suspension gains during testing in Winnipeg
and further advanced that progress in Valcourt,
Quebec. The Boss Racing team impressed everyone
securing 8 of 12 holeshots Saturday.
Robbie Malinoski (#4) qualified 1st, 1st, and
3rd in his first 3 heats. Jeff Snow (#192) went
4th, 6th, 4th in his qualifying rounds and did
not make the final. During Saturday’s final round
came into the first turn heavy in the carnage,
riding out of the pack 6th he easily moved through
the whoop section, passing three sleds and moving
into 3rd place. He remained in 3rd until the last
two laps when the whoop section got the better
of him, ejecting him off his now well dialed sled,
leaving him 14th.
