BOSS Racing Inc. “Greatest Giveaway in the Sport” Contest Rules

NOTE: Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Contest Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.

1. Eligibility:
No Purchase is Necessary. Contest void where prohibited, including the province of Quebec and the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. The contest begins with the first racing event on or about November 30, 2008 and concludes with the final racing event of the season on or about March 16, 2009. Participants must log on to http://www.teambossracing.com/ after each snocross event in which BOSS Racing Inc. competes in order to enter and qualify. The Contest is open to any individual over the age of majority and a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), or age 21 and older who is a legal resident of the United States of America (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island).

2. How to Enter:
Method No. 1 – Participants must initially create a log-in ID, and then correctly answer a series of challenging questions after each racing event. Upon answering these questions correctly, participants will be qualified to enter the next round of the contest after the next racing event. The process will continue to the final racing event of the season. Only those who have correctly answered the questions from the first racing event will qualify to continue after the next racing event. This will continue throughout the season until the final racing event, when a winner will be drawn from all of the qualified entries.

Method No. 2 - Initial “pass-through” codes will be available through SNO-X magazine's online website and in upcoming SN0-X magazines, online website and in upcoming SN0-X print issues. These “pass-through” codes will automatically qualify participants for the next round if they are unable to correctly answer all the questions.

2. Prizes:
To find out what prizes are included in the overall package, log on to http://www.teambossracing.com/ and click on the “Greatest Giveaway” Link. The promotion is ongoing and prizes will continue to be added as new sponsors join.

3. Restrictions:
Each entrant is eligible to qualify once for the final prize round. Sponsors and their affiliated companies, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections. Sponsors and their affiliated companies, are not responsible for any inaccuracies which may be used in the Contest, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by contestants. Sponsors and their affiliated companies reserve the right to discontinue the Contest at any time, in which event, only entries received prior to that date will be considered.

4. General Rules:
Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no prize substitutions of cash or otherwise or
transfer of the prize will be made, with the provision that BOSS Racing Inc. may make prize substitutions of equal or greater value. No telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with a potential prize winner.

By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, image, photograph, voice statement(s) and city of residence by BOSS Racing Inc. without further compensation, for any and all publicity purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and state laws and regulations
and shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the United States applicable therein.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and regulations and all decisions of BOSS Racing Inc. which decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest, including (without limitation) the selection of a prize winner. All decisions made by the Contest judges with respect to any aspect of this Contest are final.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless and indemnify BOSS Racing Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, agents, their advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described with respect to or arising out of either: (i) entrant’s participation in the Contest; (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded herein; or (iii) the administration of the Contest (including winner selection) and distribution of the prizes awarded herein.

Entrants hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action (including, negligence), including (but not limited to) death, personal injury or loss or
damage to property, which the entrant or any of the entrant’s representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees (“Entrant’s Representatives”) may have or which may hereinafter accrue to the entrant or Entrant Representatives against the Released Parties as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of the Prize(s) awarded herein.

The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Contest: (1)
using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these
Contest Rules; and (3) any other act which BOSS Racing Inc. determines, at its sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the contest.

BOSS Racing Inc. may terminate, modify, suspend or withdraw from this Contest (and/or any aspect thereof, including methods for selection of the prize winner), in whole or in part, at any time without notice for any reason, without liability, at their sole discretion.

BOSS Racing Inc. does not assume any responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors including negligence, deletions, technical or telephone, computer line, network, server, access providers, computer equipment or software problems, undeliverable messages, computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or inaccurate capture of information or any online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction of the entrant’s computer or the failure of BOSS Racing Inc. to process any entry and otherwise award any materials. In addition, BOSS Racing Inc. will not assume any responsibility of any nature whatsoever in all cases where its inability to hold the Contest or to remit the prizes to the winner results from a cause beyond its control, including Acts of God or weather conditions. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. BOSS Racing Inc. is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Contest.

No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless
entrants provide BOSS Racing Inc. with explicit permission to do so.
If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.

5. Notification and Awarding of Prize(s):
A Winner will be notified by email or via telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, within thirty (30) days of notification. The Affidavit of Eligibility and (unless prohibited) Publicity/Liability Release must be executed and returned by the potential winner within 21 days after such documents are sent to the address provided by such a potential winner. Failure of a potential winner to complete, sign and return any requested documents within such period or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in the Sponsors' discretion. You are not a winner unless your submissions are verified. The information in the winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct and must mirror the information provided in the winner's entry or the winner is disqualified. Mail the completed affidavit to BOSS Racing Inc. 1595 Niakwa Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, R2J 3Y3. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize(s) will be forfeited. If the prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Confidentiality
The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for the Sponsors' internal purposes and to send you the Sponsors' newsletters and other information about the Sponsors, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process. If you would like your name removed from a sponsor's mailing list or if you do not wish to receive a sponsor's newsletter, write to the appropriate sponsor at the address below, or send an email to: bossracing@mts.net.

7. Official Entries
Entries and other submitted material become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors and those working for the Sponsors or on the behalf of Sponsors, will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage due mail or email; nor will they be responsible for any Internet, computer hardware and software, phone or other technical errors, malfunctions and delays. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted a mail entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the email account from which the entry is made. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Copies of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to BOSS Racing Inc. 1595 Niakwa Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, R2J 3Y3, by June 30, 2009.
